BE YOUR OWN INSPIRATION!!!!!!!!

BE YOUR OWN INSPIRATION! Keep up your spirits high, Even when there’s much to sigh, Because God always listens to those who cry, So, bid your agony Goodbye! -For you never know what you are destined to in the future, Do not let negative thoughts nurture, Because, Life’s nothing but, A Sweet’ n Sour mixture, Time will reap all your sown seeds…. And, God would help you complete your life’s jigsaw picture! Have faith in HIM, Not in humans akin.                                 -Nishtha Kapoor

LETS BE PRACTICAL

PRACTICAL BEAHVIOUR It's easy to act on impulse, to scream and shout, to say things you are not supposed to say and to create complications. It is easy to just do what you want , without thinking of its consequences. Many - a - time people create their mess themselves , by speaking the wrong words in the wrong situations. To maintain peace, and keep unnecessary drama out of your life ,you have to contemplate every situation in every possible way before acting on it . Whether in the office or in a domestic setting, remaining calm is very important .Think of your options, think of what will happen if you act in a particular way and how it will affect your life. In the name of  - " do what your heart says" people tend to act impulsively. Think from your heart , but act from your brain. This doesn't mean that you have to pretend to be someone you are not or say things you don't believe in. Make sure you know what you stand for and don't be afraid to speak

WORD OF THE WEEK-BOOTSTRAPPING

BOOTSTRAPPING   Bootstrapping   refers to the efforts of an entrepreneur to start a business using his own assets as the source of capital.    Bootstrapping can also refer to a highly leveraged transaction when an investor acquires a controlling interest  in a company , financing the transaction by using the assets of the company as  collateral   for the  loan.    It  frees the entrepreneur from having to pay interest on a loan   or from having to share any potential profits with other investors. ARTICLE OF THE WEEK

THE WIN  " Dreams, Hard work and Success" Even the English dictionary seems to know the downright  pathway for "WIN". A whole new generation  of bubbling minds, an era of new thinking, even a whole new arena of creatively blessed minds; still the magical tonic for "win" remains unchanged over centuries.     Every win starts with a DREAM- an imagination that the whole world  believes to be unrealistic, unachievable, irrelevant, totally impossible, but, only the dreamer has the faith that his dream has the power to change the course of humanity. He has faith that his dreams have the potential to overcome those barricades, others thought to be impermeable. He believes in his instinct, his gut that he has the power to make it real. Dream is that bottomless jar of energy that provides an individual with the saga of determination to work hard in order to transform his imagination into reality!     If Dream is the Brian, then Hard WORK is the Heartbe

BOOK REVIEW- FIRST, BREAK ALL THE RULES

(By Marcus Buckingham & Curt Coffman) Most “common knowledge” about how to manage employee is misguided. If you want to succeed as a manager, you have to break few rules. Based on in-depth interviews of 80,000 managers in 400 companies by the Gallup Organization, FIRST, BREAK ALL THE RULES shows that the world’s best managers break virtually every conventional “rule” of management practice. In this book, Buckingham and Coffman show why exceptional managers select employees for talent, not experience, intelligence and determination. Effective managers define the right outcomes for people, not the right steps; they focus on employee strengths, not eradicating weakness; they find the right fit for the employees in the organization instead of relentlessly promoting people for their incompetence. This book will help you examine what you believe about effective management and encourage you to think of ways to set people up for success in your organization from the begin
