Its 11:30 on a Monday night, I’m on my laptop, Grey’s Anatomy opened on one tab and ‘Notes’ on the other. I’ve been asked to write about my future, something I’m not quite sure of, yet. It’s so weird to not know what’s going to happen, intimidating, overwhelming and exciting all at the same time. And for someone who likes to be ‘in control’ and plan ahead of things, its not a very comfortable position to be in. It’s daunting to not know what life has in store for you, you’re staring into oblivion and you’re scared and freaking out but you can’t do much about that.
So I’ll get to the ‘part’ of my future that i’m sure of- I want to make my family proud, I intend on being a more giving individual, a better version of my self.
I want to travel the world, to have different experiences, to meet new people, to be happy, to live my life being my happiest self.
As for my Mercurian story, it cannot start without mentioning a few people- My Tech Team- you guys are the real rockstars. Each and every one of you have been so amazing and wonderful to work with, I couldn’t have asked for a better squad. Thank you for contributing towards my growth. My heart is so full of love and admiration. Devyanshi, a friend I’ve made along the way who’s so passionate about the things that she does, its a delight to watch. Her energy is contagious.
What JMC and TMT has given me, its unparallal. They’ve given me a family away from family. They have given the confidence, made me a different person altogether, a girl who’s now ready to face the world while making a million posters and very recently, a girl with a writer’s instinct! So thank you for these unimaginable gifts and all the other things.
Most of our life is a series of images, they pass us by like towns on the highway. But sometimes, a moment stuns us as it happens. And we know that this instant is more than a fleeting image. We know that this moment every part of it will live on forever. And Mercurian for me, is that moment.
TMT has come a long way from where we started, and I hope that it goes even further and touches the sky!
